Our working hours are between 9:00 and 17:00 GMT Monday to Friday, and we will generally reply to support email received within this timeframe in a couple of hours. Support enquiries received outside of our working hours may take 24 hours to be answered. However these response times are not guaranteed. Tech support is supplied for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Abuse, profane language, threats of any kind towards our support staff will not be tolerated.
